Delivery Policy

Our delivery drivers make several attempts to assure that your purchase is received by your recipient.

If the arrangement is delivered but the recipient is not at home, we will photograph our placement of that item.  If after delivery, the arrangement or gift is stolen because your recipient was not at home, we are not responsible, and you will not receive a refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available for gift baskets and other non-living items.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your fresh flower arrangement we will remake your piece. If you are still dissatisfied, we will provide you with a refund.

Any home decor item can be returned within 7 business days.

This excludes soft goods such as pillows & blankets.
